Lucas Cortes has spent most of his young life bedridden with a congenital heart defect. Until one day he receives a new lease on life after undergoing successful heart transplant surgery. But soon Lucas gets more than he bargained for as he begins to uncontrollably adopt the criminal personality of his donor -- a local man who was murdered shortly after robbing an armored truck outside a local bank. As Lucas’ personality shifts, he begins to experience recurring memories for not only where his donor stashed the stolen heist money, but also the traumatic memories of the murder itself and the identity of the donor’s killer.

When the donor’s partners-in-crime learn of Lucas’ situation, they infiltrate Lucas’ life, revealing a past love triangle of jealousy, violence, and revenge. And now it’s a race to see who will find the stolen heist money first.
